Modular asset kit, designed to fit together with already existing kits.
I modeled all the pieces according to the reference kit dimensions, and UV mapped each piece for ease of material assignment. Each piece has their own 256 textures, but all shared materials, like the windowsills, are easy to replace.
For the brick wall and stucco I used Substance Designer to create seamless textures.
Lit and rendered in Unreal Engine 4.6.
Concept. Lots of assets I had to scrap because of time, but I'd love to come back and make them some day.
